These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IMVAI (imvflow.ai), an AI-powered content generation platform ("Service") operated by IMVAI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IMVAI provides tools to generate images, video, audio, and chat content using third-party AI models. Features, available models, and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

The Service is billed via credit packages and/or subscriptions, processed by our payment providers. Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record for card payments and handles billing, tax, and payment-related customer support for those transactions. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, depicts real individuals without consent in a misleading or harmful way, or violates the acceptable-use policies of our underlying AI providers.

5. Generated content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content you generate through the Service, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' own terms. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMVAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
